Gateway Youth Aeronautical Foundation invites you and your company to participate in the upcoming Fundraiser Dinner Kick-off and Youth Aviation Day, a STEM event and Career Fair centered around inspiring the next generation in the aviation field.  This event will showcase the many career paths available in the aviation industry.  As an event sponsor, donor or exhibitor you will reach a projected 2,000 + visitors who are eager to learn about your products and services.  Youth Aviation Day will be marketed in various media outlets with coverage before, during and after the event, adding value by expanding the visibility of your organization.   More opportunities available.  See below.  

GYAF is thrilled to announce a new initiative to expand our learning center and flightl simulator lab in a new facility.  This facility is critical in allowing us to expand our class size and reach more future professionals.  This faciliy will provide a dynamic, immersive environment where studens can gain practical experience through an expanded fleet of flight simulators, interact with industry professionals in a large classroom environment and gather with an expansive group of like minded individuals.  Doubling our class size will also allow us to plan a dedicated STEM lab to expand our current lesson plans.  Students often enjoy visitng GYAF outside of class time to practice on the flight simulators keeping them foused on their goals.  Since our programs develop crucial skills needed to help create a path for our students' future career in aerospace, we envision the center a s place where creativey, curiousity and education come together to create this next generation of pilots, engineers and aviation specialidsts.  We are seeking to rais 200,000 to fund this expansion initiative and are asking for your support.

ATTEND YOUTH AVIATION DAY - VOLUNTEER 

NO COST EXHIBITOR

All exhibitors must be approved by GYAF due to limited booth space.  10'x10' both space and static aircraft parking are available at no cost.  All tents must be secured for high wind.  We encourage all exhibitors to incorporate hands-on activities in their areas including product demonstrations and STEM related projects.  Custom QR Codes that return informational messages to your booth visitors will be provided for your booth.  Please send your 600 character text message with an image to 314-900-2090 no later than May 15, 2025 and indicate your business name.  Booth visitors will scan your QR code which will be printed and provided at check in so your booth visitors can participate in the grand prize drawing submission once they visit each booth.  Display aircraft will be shut down outside of the display area and moved into a designated position. We will work with you to ensure a safe and enjoyable event. See contact information.  Limited space available.

DONATE AN AUCTION/RAFFLE ITEM

Drop Off:  Auction and raffle items can be dropped off at Creve Coeur Airport FBO (Main Office) located at 14301 Creve Coeur Airport Road. 63146 between the hours of  8am and 6pm Monday - Friday.  Evening hours and weekend drop off available by appointment only.  Call 314-399-9208

Informtaion to Include:   Company Name, Address, Contact Name, Phone Number, Value and Description plus any donation details with your item.  Forms will be provided at drop off.  

Drop Off Cut Off Date:  May 15 is the cut off date for all auction/raffle donations.

Raffle Draw:  Winners will be drawn at 3pm on June 7th at Youth Aviation Day.  Winners will be contacted by phone or text.  

Silent Auction items will be available during the fundraiser dinner and raffle items will be available during both the fundraiser dinner and Youth Aviation Day.

FAQ

  • Banners included in sponsorship levels are printed by GYAF.

  • Tent Requirements - Exhibitors must make sure tents are secure for windy conditions.  Insurance coverage is required for all exhibitors on airport premises.  

  • QR Code Provided to all Exhibitors - All exhibitors will be provided a QR Code for your booth.  Booth attendees scan your customr QR code which will auto respond with a SMS message content of your choice.  No more than 600 characters.  This could include a link with an offer, a link to your website or a video explainer reel.  By scanning your QR code, all booth visitors will be participating for an aopportunity to win a scavenger hunt grand prize.  By showing all QR code responders to our team, players wil receive an entry to win the grand prize if they visited and scanned ALL QR Codes which will be 1 per booth.  Prize TBD.  Text the message you'd like your recipients to receive to (314) 900-2090 along with an image 1080x1080 px no later than May 15, 2025 so we may prepare your QR code.  

  • Additional advertising options - $200 each:  A 4'x3' banner ith your advertisement will be produced and displayed on perimeter aling barriers in the event space.  Please let us know if. you would like more than the designated number of banners in your sponsorship package or would like to just purchase an individual banner.  

  • Customer Partnerships - if you are interested in other ways to partner with GYAF like sponsoring a class sessionm naming opportunites or other support, please contact Joe Steimann at 314-399-9208

  • Sponsorship Deadline -  sponsorship opportunities are open until May 14th, 2025.

  • Sponsorship payments are preferred by check made payable to:

  • Logos - Please email company logos and ad designs to info@youthaerofoundation.org.  Larger files can be sent through wetransfer.com.  Please notify us if you are sending through wetransfer.  

  • Electricity - please let us know if your booth requires electricity as there is minimal spaces available.

  • Ticket purchases for June 6th Dinner Fundraiser can be purchased through Signup Genius using THIS LINK.  

  • Raffle baskets and Silent Auction Items can be dropped off at the airport Main Office 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.  Please make sure you provide adequate information so we may thank you for your donation and provide the best description for either our silent auction or Raffle.  

  • Food Trucks must confirm arrival time and departure.
